How to Use:
Angle pen so slanted edge of tip is horizontal to your brow. Make sure all 4 tips are touching your brow. Start at the bottom of your brow and stroke upwards.
Works best if you do not put other skincare products on your eyebrow before application. After application, avoid touching your eyebrows for at least 5 minutes allowing ink to dry. After 20 strokes, shake pen and let sit upside down for a period of time so the wick can soak up more makeup ink. Make sure to put the cap back on the pen so the ink does not dry out.
